Services are offered to busy professionals, elderly homeowners, and property managers in the l'Hospitalet de Llobregat area and surrounding regions in Catalonia, Spain.

Service scope, pricing, and specific problem-focused add-ons (such as grout restoration, appliance detailing, and sealed-surface protection) are detailed on our website and confirmed in individual service quotations. Our process timeline and expected outcomes are explained during the diagnostic phase and documented in your service agreement.

8. Service Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your request and our written acceptance. A diagnostic inspection fee may apply and will be specified at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of any deposit or prepaid fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Diagnostic Clean reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Invoices will be provided detailing the service performed, hourly rates, and any problem-specific add-ons applied.

Prices are quoted in euros (€) and are subject to change with notice. Any additional work discovered during the diagnostic phase will be quoted separately before proceeding.

10. Limitation of Service Area

Diagnostic Clean currently operates in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat and surrounding areas in Catalonia, Spain. Service availability outside this region is subject to travel fees and prior arrangement. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our operational area.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, specifically the laws applicable in Catalonia. Any disputes arising from your use of the website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
